Powerlifting Class going over the basic fundementals of form and rules for. Squats, Bench, and Deadlifts set to the standard by the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). Class price $30 Class is 30 minutes we choose one main movement to go over as a class. $15 per additional individual.

Class starts at 8am until 9:30am. Strongman class we cover movements done in competitions and outside training for strongman, such as. Log press, circus dumbbells, yoke carries, atlas stones, Wagon Wheel deadlifts, tire deadlifts, tire flips, speed work and conditioning like sled pushes, pulls. Sandbag carry, farmer carries and more! Class price is 30$ and 15$ per extra individual.

Combo workout plan/nutrition support and sessions in person. Sessions are half cost for the first 10 sessions that month. We utilize as many as you need to feel comfortable. Your workout plan is customized for you and your goals and nutrition is set up with your mental and physical health as top priority.

In our class we will do rounds of 8 minimum exercises for a time Limit of 1 and a half minutes. After 1 round we take a water break/rest for 2-3 minutes. Then proceed to the final 1-2 rounds.
Burn portion of class will last around 27-30 minutes. Then the remaining 15 minutes is stretching, balance work and core.
The 8 exercises will change depending on equipment available. Between full body, upper body, lower body, balance, core work. There will be a progressive and regressive option for the exercises.
