  • What a great personal trainer and friend Jeremy is to our son Travis. Travis is in a wheelchair do to being born with Spina Bifida. Jeremy has worked with Travis for several years now. Jeremy has strengthened Travis' arms, back and improved Travis self confidence. Travis has a slight contracture in his right arm and Jeremy has helped that from becoming worse.   • For the last 1 1/2 year I have religiously gone to the gym 5 days a week. Getting up 3 hours before work, eventually getting my self an amazing trainer Jeremy Wright who had challenged me and pushed me but also let me do my thing and try to figure things out. I may be exhausted yet at the end of the day but i feel better and look better (granted I got a ways to go yet) but have also set myself goals. Today was one of the first goals that i wanted accomplish and that was the 9/11 stair challenge! So freaking proud of myself and can not wait to tackle another challenge!!! #wrightfitness #franckgym
