CONJURNAUGHT 32 WEEK PROGRAM
The conjurnaught program combines 2 types of training methods. Conjugate which is variation; maximal effort, dynamic effort and accomadating resistance training.
And Juggernaut Training which is progressive overload, percentage based peak training where you do more volume (repetitions) that week rather than being under a tremendous load.
These two training methods are both beneficial by themselves but I have found a way combining both that worked amazing for myself and other athletes so far.
It is structured out for 32 weeks of at minimal 4 days a week lifting and you must hit the numbers specified in the certain weeks. They're all calculated out to fit the individual running the program.
Since it is 32 weeks long and the workouts are intense I don't recommend it for first time gym goers (first time ever in the gym, first day in the gym, no prior experience with any training)
